The Blooming Weed

For the first time in years the waters of the broad are clear and the rare stonewort is thriving. The conservationist is happy, but as the plant spreads, the sailing gets difficult and the boat owners and fishermen are furious.
Child’s parents can’t agree either, so she dives down into the Broad to see what the problem is. Under water she finds herself in a different world, where the inhabitants tell her about the magical plant. Will she ever get back to the boat? Will she meet the mysterious Black Panther? And will everyone ever stop arguing about the blooming weed?
