New Tai Chi Films

  Meg has recently completed 6 short films of  Tai Chi classes for Carol Wrigley’s new website https://www.taichi-qigong-suffolk.co.uk/gallery/  featuring Lee and Yang styles, Tai Chi dance, stick and fan forms  (read more) in Beccles, GreatYarmouth, Oulton Broad and Lowestoft.

Snow cancels show

Performance of Pip’s Wildlife Garden at Red Oak Academy, Lowestoft,  for World Book Day, due to big snow and school closure!
